Lindsey Sowles...an active 21-year-old on the brink of an exciting future, whose passion for nurturing relationships and helping others led to an interest in nursing. But a few months before she hoped to start in the nursing program at College of the Desert in Palm Desert, California, she lost her short, but courageous, battle with soft tissue sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer.

Lindsey's Hope Nursing Scholarship Fund has been set up to keep her memory alive and to honor her life and her legacy.
